“Very disappointing experience with BG Motors. I paid a €500 deposit for a Kia Stonic, but the purchase was conditional on arranging finance and obtaining insurance. I was unable to obtain the required insurance and the finance was cancelled, so the sale did not go ahead and the vehicle was never handed over to me. Despite this, BG Motors refused to refund the €500 deposit, even though no vehicle was supplied and no sale was completed. I would advise others to be very cautious when leaving a deposit here.”
